AliNOX

AliNOX, thanks to its high toughness and density, is a coating suitable for milling operations of hardened materials 50-64 HRC with minimal lubrification. Thanks to the reduction of the friction coefficient, it shows excellent results in the processing of softer materials such as aluminum and copper. The AliNOX coating is specific for machining stainless steel, CoCr alloys, CuBe alloys and is optimized to prevent adhesion of the material processed.

Hardness can be adapted to the application. Friction coefficient (dry) compared to the steel determined by ball-on-disc dry test with a steel sphere according to ASTM G99.
